The Call is the first release from The Haunting. This song represents the yearning of that moment in time when someone is coming close enough to feel their presence yet the moment of touch has not materialized. The Haunting strives to reflect the state of emotional, physical and mental anguish one feels in such a place.

With a powerful combination of music and vocals, the slightly Spanish-tinged concept releases the captivating pleasure of just such a relationship.

The Haunting is a musical entity formed by Stavron, writer-musician-vocalist, from Ottawa, Canada. Stavron takes her own time in writing and feels that anything ventured into should be done with care and excellence or it is not worth doing. With this attitude she takes the listener on a journey which mirrors her own life experiences from a spiritual journey she herself undertook to find the truth in one's mind and heart.

At present, all of The Haunting's releases will be done as singles as she feels each song needs the time required to bring it to its fullest potential.
